✓ Good to Know: Although primarily single level, the home includes several changes in elevation, including entry steps, steps into the living room and game room, and steps into the principal ensuite shower. Generator does not heat hot tub. Heavy duty rings for hanging up to two (2) personal hammocks are available on courtyard posts.

✓ Good to Know: Please follow Sea Ranch leash rules outside the home and promptly pick up pet waste. Pet waste left behind will result in a $100 cleanup charge deducted from the security deposit or charged to your reservation. Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or HOA fines resulting from their pets. Excessive barking may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation if not corrected.

PRIVATE HOT TUB
The professionally maintained private spa has massage jets and is water balanced on a regular schedule.

✓ Good to Know: Shower before entering when possible. Replace the cover after every use. No glass in or around the spa.Children must be supervised. Please do not adjust equipment settings. Damage, excessive cleaning, or service calls resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

SAFETY & COASTAL ENVIRONMENT
Sea Ranch Abalone Bay is located in the internationally recognized coastal community of The Sea Ranch, where homes are thoughtfully integrated into the natural landscape. Sharing this remarkable environment also means understanding and respecting its unique characteristics.

Ocean Bluffs & Sneaker Waves
The home is located approximately 25 feet from ocean bluffs with drops of about 40 feet to the rocks and Pacific Ocean below. Bluff edges and nearby trails are not fenced.

✓ Good to Know: Children and pets must be closely supervised outdoors. Please stay on designated trails and never turn your back on the ocean. Sneaker waves can occur without warning and are capable of sweeping adults and children into the sea.

Wildlife
One of the joys of The Sea Ranch is its abundant wildlife. During your stay you may see deer, wild turkeys, hawks, rabbits, raccoons, lizards, snakes, native insects, grazing sheep or goats used for vegetation management, and occasionally horseback riders on community trails.
Professional pest control is provided inside the home.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
A 120V outlet and 240V receptacle are available in the garage.

✓ Good to Know: Guests must provide their own compatible charging cable or adapter. Damage resulting from incompatible equipment or improper use is the guest's responsibility.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
A $500 refundable security deposit is collected separately before arrival.

✓ Good to Know: The deposit is fully refundable following inspection, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear, missing items, excessive cleaning, HOA fines, or charges resulting from violations of the Rental Agreement or published house rules. Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, members of their party, invited visitors, children, and pets.

✓ Good to Know: Wildlife and insects are a natural part of the coastal environment. While we promptly address concerns inside the home, wildlife in surrounding open space, trails, neighboring properties, and the Pacific Ocean is beyond our control and is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or relocation.

EXTERIOR SECURITY
For guest and property security, exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, and rear trail entrance.

✓ Good to Know: There are no cameras inside the home or within the private courtyard. Tampering with security equipment may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, as permitted by the Rental Agreement.

TRIP INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for your peace of mind.
